Ayurveda recognises that a person is more than the physical body and that your body, mind and emotion can not be separated. Ayurvedic herbal oil is chosen specifically for your dosha after a consultation. The long strokes and technique of this treatment rejuvenate by opening and clearing the energy channels of the body.

There are a few types of Ayurvedic treatments, so it depends.
Abhyangam: Nourishing, relieves fatigue, provides stamina, pleasure and enhanced sleep, improves the complexion and relieves mucus.
Slimming: Appear thinner.
Facial: Healthier, younger looking skin.
Shirodhara: Effective for headache, migraine, difficulty sleeping, stress, premature greying and hair loss.

Yogi-Veda is located in Stirling because it’s a beautiful healing area in a lot of nature with beautiful sounds of birds. Humans are healed in nature naturally and feeling connected with nature is the best way to be relaxed after escaping busy and noisy environment. Also Ayurveda uses many kinds of herbs for massage oils. There are nice organic restaurants in Stirling too. It’s nice to make a day out of coming to Yogi-Veda and unwind in Stirling.

4.What happens on the day of my massage?

This is your day of massage.

1. Fill out Yogi-Veda Dosha check sheet and client intake form.
2. Shino will ask you some questions if she needs more information. Usually talk about your complaint or problems with your body and mind.
3. Change your clothes
4. The massage starts.
5. Shino talks with you about your Dosha and suggests many way to balance your body and mind including food guidance. Also you will be served Ayurvedic dosha tea. You can ask her a lot of questions. She will take a lot of time with you. No rush.

5. What facilities do you have on-site?

Car parking at back of Patch, Credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard), towels, skincare products and paper underwear to wear during the massage.

6. Can I buy a massage for a friend as a gift?

Yes, you can. Gift cards are available. You can pick up the gift voucher at Yogi-Veda or I can post it directly to where you want. Payment option is credit card or bank transfer.

7. I’m a bit shy about my body, can you modify your massage to suit me?

Yes, I can. I carefully use towels to cover your body and please tell me whenever you feel uncomfortable.
